How to Request A Warranty Repair

If you experience any issues with your piece, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us at Studio@durhamrose.com with the following details:
  • Your full name and proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • A description of the issue, along with photographs of the affected jewellery.

 

   2. Our team will evaluate the information and, if necessary, provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection.

   3. Once we receive your jewellery, we will thoroughly assess the issue. If the problem is covered under the warranty, we will proceed with a repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Repairs Outside of Warranty

For jewellery requiring repair outside of the 12-month warranty period, or for issues not covered by the warranty, we offer repair services at competitive rates. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Additional Information

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • For returns, please use the original packaging, if available, to ensure the safe transport of your item.

12-Month Warranty

All bespoke jewellery purchased from Durham Rose is covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures protection against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and care.

What's Covered

  • Breakage or damage resulting from faulty manufacturing or materials.

  • Defective clasps, settings, or any other functional elements of the jewellery.

 

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading of rhodium or black rhodium plating.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper storage and handling, 

  • Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than Durham Rose.

  • Damage to delicate Gemstones or particular designs that were created contrary to our professional recommendations.

  • Loss or theft of the jewellery.
