How to Request Repair & Maintenance

Every repair service at Durham Rose is performed with the same level of care and attention to detail that goes into the creation of your bespoke piece. We use only the highest quality materials and techniques to ensure that your jewellery is restored to its original beauty and strength. At Durham Rose, we believe that the relationship with your bespoke jewellery doesn’t end when your piece is completed. Our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and customer care extends long beyond the initial purchase, ensuring your jewellery remains as beautiful and functional as the day it was created.

While our pieces come with a one-year warranty that covers defects in craftsmanship and materials, we understand that your jewellery may need attention even after this period. Once your one-year warranty expires, repair and servicing may incur charges. Rest assured, we are dedicated to keeping our pricing competitive and transparent. We’re always happy to provide a detailed breakdown of any associated costs.

Resizing & Adjustments

 If your piece needs resizing or you’d like to modify its fit, we offer expert resizing and other adjustments to ensure your jewellery remains comfortable and perfect for years to come.

From £90 (Depending on how sizes it has to be adjusted and the complexity of the design)
