This digital model serves as a precise template for future repairs or remodelling, ensuring that your piece can be restored or transformed with the same level of care and craftsmanship. Furthermore, should the original piece get lost or stolen, you’ll have an exact digital record of its design, providing peace of mind and valuable documentation for insurance purposes. Please note that softer and more porous gemstones, such as emeralds, pearls, and opals, cannot be 3D scanned as the process may risk damaging them.
